VMA-Getzmann modular quick-change systems maximize the versatility of DISPERMAT® laboratory dissolvers, allowing operators to switch between different processing modes — mixing, dispersing, fine grinding, vacuum de-aeration, high-shear homogenizing, and torque measurement — in minutes without tools. PT Jaya Warindo Abadi (JWA) is the authorized distributor for VMA-Getzmann's complete quick-change system portfolio across Indonesia, serving R&D laboratories and pilot plants in paints, coatings, inks, adhesives, and chemical industries.

One DISPERMAT® drive can be converted into multiple configurations, reducing equipment costs while maximizing laboratory efficiency. All systems feature a standard interface for fast, tool-free mounting.

SR Rotor-Stator Homogenizer – High-Shear Mixing
The modular SR rotor-stator homogenizer turns a DISPERMAT® dissolver into a high-shear batch homogenizer. SR17, SR20, SR30 systems connect via quick-action coupling. High speeds up to 20,000 rpm provide required shear stresses for emulsifying, homogenizing, and deagglomeration. Bearings made of high-grade ceramic materials. Systems remove easily for cleaning and sterilization. Processing volumes from 0.5 to 200 liters (depending on SR model). Vacuum design and ATEX explosion protection options available.

APS Bead Mill – Modular Bead Milling System
The modular APS bead mill converts a DISPERMAT® dissolver into a closed batch bead milling system. Standard design uses milling beads from 0.5 mm; Nano design uses beads from 0.1 mm. Available sizes: APS 30 to APS 7000 (30 ml to 7,000 ml container). Options include ceramic design (ZrO? or SiSiC), vacuum design (fine grinding under vacuum), pressure design, and ATEX explosion-proof version. Environmentally friendly: closed system, low energy consumption, fast bead change, easy cleaning.

TORUSMILL® TML Basket Mills – Modular Fine Grinding
TORUSMILL® TML basket mills are modular immersion mills that attach to DISPERMAT® dissolvers via quick-change coupling. Available sizes: TML05 (50 ml), TML1 (250 ml), TML5 (1,250 ml), TML10 (2,500 ml), TML50 (12,500 ml). Double-walled milling basket for cooling/heating. Patented pump wheel and dissolver disc for excellent circulation. Ideal for small batches with easy cleaning. Ceramic design option for metal-free grinding (ZrO? or SiSiC).

CDS Vacuum Dispersion System – Vacuum Processing
The modular CDS vacuum dispersion system enables dispersion in completely closed single or double-walled containers under vacuum. Features: vacuum-tight cover with sight glass, integrated LED lamp, charging port, vacuum sensor connections, and vacuum pump. Converts a standard dissolver into a vacuum-ready system for de-aeration and solvent-free processing. ATEX explosion-proof version available.

CHS Vacuum Dispersion System – Mobile Vacuum Unit
The modular CHS vacuum dispersion system allows vacuum dispersion directly in thin-walled disposable containers (buckets, pails, kegs) up to 60 liters. Mobile system trolley with fixing ring. Large viewing glass with powerful LED lamp. Optional scraper system for high-viscosity products. ATEX explosion-proof version available.

ASC Scraper System – High-Viscosity Scraper
The modular ASC scraper system enables efficient dispersion of non-flowing high-viscosity products. Container rotates while scraper arm remains static — ideal for smaller laboratory machines. Spring-loaded scraper arm holds against container wall; sickle-shaped arm pushes material downward toward dispersion impeller. Processing volume 0.35-3.5 liters. Compatible with DISPERMAT® dissolvers with H2 electric stand. ATEX explosion-proof version available.

TMS© Torque Measuring System – Process Documentation
The modular TMS© torque measuring system accurately measures and records torque and speed during dispersion (accuracy class 0.1). Mounts between dissolver motor and shaft via hinged clamps — quick and simple installation. Used to check viscosity changes, determine stabilization condition (where particle deagglomeration stops), and provide verifiable documentation of dispersion process. Separate Windows software provides graphic data representation and storage (MS Excel compatible). Optionally links to WINDISP© 7 software. Compatible with DISPERMAT® CA and AE series dissolvers.
