VMA-Getzmann SR Rotor-Stator Homogenizer
The VMA-Getzmann SR rotor-stator homogenizer is a modular homogenizer system for laboratory and pilot plant applications, designed for homogenizing, emulsifying, mixing, grinding, and dispersing processes. This system can be combined with DISPERMAT® dissolvers through a quick action coupling, allowing users to expand the function of their disperser into a powerful, flexible, and efficient rotor-stator system.
Based on the rotor-stator working principle, the material is processed through the narrow gap between the rotor and stator to generate high shear stress and strong flow effects within a short processing time. This high-speed process supports effective homogenization without placing excessive stress on the product. The system can also be removed easily, cleaned simply, and sterilized if required, making it suitable for laboratory applications that require flexibility and strong process control.
The SR rotor-stator homogenizer is available for product volumes from 0.5 - 200 litres, with several size options including SR03, SR04, SR17, SR20, SR30, and SR35. The system supports speeds of up to 20,000 rpm, uses high-grade ceramic bearing materials, and is available with optional vacuum design and ATEX configuration for special application requirements.
