DISPERMAT® R30 – Compact Laboratory Stirrer
The DISPERMAT® R30 is a compact laboratory stirrer with quiet high-torque motor, ideally suited for mixing, homogenizing, and suspending applications even at high viscosity. Power 0.3 kW, processing volume 0.04-12 liters. Features: electric height adjustment, digital speed display, infinitely variable speed control, simple container clamping device, and integrated power electronics (no separate switchgear cabinet required). R technology control with ON/OFF switch, emergency off, and speed adjustment. Wide selection of mixing tools available: butterfly blades, dissolver discs, 3-arm blades, etc. Compatible with modular CDS vacuum dispersion system.

DISPERMAT® R11 – Powerful Laboratory and Pilot Plant Stirrer
The DISPERMAT® R11 is a particularly powerful stirrer for mixing, homogenizing, emulsifying, and stirring high-viscosity substances. Power 1.1 kW, processing volume 0.1-20 liters. Features: electric height adjustment with H2L compact stand, central container clamping system (automatically centers container as arms are tightened), integrated safety device per EC Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. CN3 technology control: DISPERWHEEL® speed adjustment with rotary pulse encoder, digital display for speed, time, torque, and product temperature, timer function, switch off parameters for temperature, DISPERSAFE® TÜV-certified safety module, height measurement, foil keyboard. Compatible with modular CDS vacuum dispersion system and ASC scraper system.

ASC Scraper System – Modular Scraper for High-Viscosity Products
The ASC scraper system is a modular attachment for DISPERMAT® dissolvers with H2 electric stand, enabling efficient dispersion of non-flowing high-viscosity products. Unlike traditional scraper systems where the container cover rotates, the ASC system rotates the container while the scraper arm remains static — ideal for smaller laboratory machines. Processing volume 0.35-3.5 liters. Features: spring-loaded scraper arm that holds against container wall, sickle-shaped scraping arm pushes material downward and toward dispersion impeller, stand-alone system held in position using dissolver clamping arms. Compatible with DISPERMAT® dissolvers with H2 electric stand. ATEX explosion-proof version available for hazardous environments (Zone 0/1/2).
