BYKO - Spectra Light Booth is a BYK-Gardner light booth designed for consistent visual color evaluation under standardized lighting conditions. This instrument helps users compare samples and standards more objectively, making it highly useful for quality control, color approval, color matching, and visual inspection of materials such as coatings, plastics, textiles, paper, printing, packaging, and finished products.

In visual color evaluation, different light sources can cause metamerism, where two colors may appear identical under one illuminant but different under another. BYKO - Spectra Light Booth helps reduce evaluation errors by providing controlled lighting conditions such as daylight, incandescent light, and store light depending on the selected model. With a consistent viewing environment, color communication between laboratory, production, suppliers, and customers becomes more accurate.

BYKO - Spectra Light Booth is available in several models for simple color evaluation through to color-critical applications. Selected models provide 3 to 5 illuminants, diffuser panels, lamp usage timers, and dedicated options for effect finishes. This product is suitable for automotive coatings, industrial coatings, plastics, textiles, packaging, printing, paper, and applications that require repeatable visual color assessment.
