VMA-Getzmann APS Bead Mill

The VMA-Getzmann APS bead mill is a modular bead mill system for laboratory and pilot plant applications, designed for dispersing and fine grinding in a closed system. By using the APS milling system, a DISPERMAT® laboratory dissolver can be converted into a flexible, powerful, and efficient closed batch bead mill for testing, formulation, and product development.

 

The APS bead mill system can be easily adapted to a DISPERMAT® dissolver via the dissolver shaft or adapter flange, allowing one device to be used as both a dissolver and a bead mill. This technology supports practical milling, low energy consumption, safe handling, fast milling bead changeover, and easy cleaning. With nano, ceramic, pressure, vacuum, and ATEX design options, the APS bead mill can be configured for various industrial application requirements.

The APS bead mill is available in several sizes, from APS 30 to APS 7000, with container capacities from 30 ml to 7000 ml and product volumes up to 3.5 litres. This product is suitable for fine grinding pigments, coatings, inks, chemicals, cosmetics, ceramics, and other materials requiring fine, stable, and repeatable milling results in laboratory or pilot plant scale.
