VMA-Getzmann ASC Scraper System
The VMA-Getzmann ASC scraper system is a modular scraper system for laboratory and pilot plant applications, designed to support the dispersion of high-viscosity materials or products with poor flow behavior. As part of the modular quick-change system, the ASC scraper system can be used with DISPERMAT® dissolvers to improve product flow inside the container and help mixing, stirring, and dispersing processes run more consistently.
When processing high-viscosity materials, the product can stick to the container wall and may not move efficiently toward the dissolver disc working area. The ASC scraper system helps scrape material from the container wall and guide it back into the process zone, allowing the entire product to be mixed and dispersed more uniformly. This system provides a practical way to improve process efficiency without replacing the main dissolver unit.
The ASC scraper system has a product range of 0.35 - 3.5 litres, making it suitable for laboratory testing, research and development, quality control, and small pilot plant applications. This product is ideal for thick, paste-like, or non-flowing materials that require additional mechanical support for more consistent and repeatable dispersion.
