Wave Scan Robotic
BYK-Gardner wave-scan ROBOTIC is an automated, non-contact orange peel meter designed for Industry 4.0 quality control in paint shops. Mounted on a robotic arm, it measures without touching the surface — ensuring measurements on the same area with high sampling rates. The robotic system collects representative QC data that can be used to analyze appearance-influencing parameters by connecting material and process variables, enabling leading-edge analysis methods with AI algorithms. PT Jaya Warindo Abadi is an authorized distributor of the wave-scan ROBOTIC across Indonesia.
