VMA-Getzmann Vacuum Dispersion System CHS is a modular vacuum dispersion system designed for mixing, dispersing, stirring, homogenizing, and fine grinding in thin-wall containers, buckets, pails, kegs, and customer-specific containers. This system provides high flexibility because the product can be processed directly in the container being used, eliminating the need to transfer the product after dispersion. With a mobile vacuum unit, vacuum cover, viewing glass, and LED light support, CHS helps improve process efficiency, reduce handling, maintain cleanliness, and support more stable dispersion results under vacuum conditions.

CHS vacuum dispersion system is used for dispersion and mixing processes under vacuum, especially for formulations that require de-aeration, air bubble control, and cleaner, more efficient processing. The container is placed on the mobile system trolley and secured with a fixing ring to keep it stable during operation. Once the vacuum cylinder and cover are positioned, the dispersion process can be carried out using the appropriate DISPERMAT® pilot plant dissolver.

In industrial applications, the CHS Vacuum Dispersion System is suitable for coatings, paints, printing inks, pigment pastes, adhesives, sealants, chemicals, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and high-viscosity materials. With the optional scraper system, high-viscosity and thixotropic products can be processed more effectively because material sticking to the container wall can be returned to the dispersion zone. This system is a practical solution for laboratories and pilot plants that require vacuum dispersion with minimum handling and high container flexibility.
