VMA-Getzmann TMS© Torque Meter

The VMA-Getzmann TMS© Torque Meter is a modular measuring system for DISPERMAT® laboratory dissolvers, designed to measure and record torque and speed during the dispersion process. This system helps users monitor viscosity changes, evaluate process stability, and document dispersion performance more accurately.

With a highly accurate sensor system, the TMS© Torque Meter measures torque directly at the dispersion shaft, providing data that is more representative of actual process conditions. Torque and speed information can be used to support formulation development, determine stabilization conditions, and ensure that the deagglomeration process runs with measurable and repeatable parameters.

The TMS© Torque Meter can be mounted quickly using hinged clamps between the dissolver motor and the shaft, allowing flexible use across several DISPERMAT® dissolvers of the same type. The system is also supported by Windows-based software for graphic visualization, data storage, and exporting measured values in an MS Excel compatible format.
