Oven Temperature Recorder PRO is a BYK-Gardner oven temperature recording system used to monitor and analyze temperature profiles during coating baking, drying, or curing processes. This instrument helps users confirm that products receive the required temperature and heating time, allowing the curing process to be controlled more accurately, documented, and repeated consistently.

In industrial coating applications, oven temperature variation can cause under-curing, over-curing, gloss variation, color shift, poor adhesion, blistering, or reduced coating performance. Oven Temperature Recorder PRO records object temperature and air temperature while the product passes through the oven, then the data is analyzed using temp-chart software to evaluate the temperature profile, Cure Chart, Cure Index, and Pass/Fail information.

Oven Temperature Recorder PRO is available in 6-channel and 12-channel configurations to match the required number of measurement points. The system includes type K thermocouples, a compact and lightweight thermal barrier, color LCD display for viewing temperature profiles directly on the logger, USB interface for data transfer, and long battery life using AA batteries. This product is suitable for powder coatings, waterborne coatings, solventborne coatings, automotive coatings, industrial coatings, and production-line oven curing processes requiring more detailed temperature analysis.
