Oven Temperature Recorder Basic is a BYK-Gardner oven temperature recording system used to monitor temperature profiles during coating baking, drying, or curing processes. This instrument helps users determine whether the product has received the required temperature and heating time, allowing the curing process to be controlled more accurately and reducing the risk of coating failure.

In industrial coating applications, unstable oven temperature can cause issues such as under-curing, over-curing, poor adhesion, gloss variation, color shift, blistering, or reduced coating performance. Oven Temperature Recorder Basic records air temperature and object temperature changes while the product passes through the oven, then the data is analyzed to verify whether the curing process meets the defined parameters.

Oven Temperature Recorder Basic includes a data logger with an easy-to-read color display, a compact and lightweight thermal barrier, 6 type K probes, and temp-chart basic software for Pass/Fail and Cure Index analysis. The system has a temperature range of 0 - 400°C, accuracy of ±0.5°C, resolution of 0.1°C, memory for up to 240,000 readings, sampling interval from 0.1 seconds to 5 minutes, and USB interface for data transfer. This product is suitable for powder coatings, waterborne coatings, solventborne coatings, automotive coatings, industrial coatings, and oven curing processes on production lines.
