VMA-Getzmann DISPERMAT® LC-EX Dissolver
VMA-Getzmann DISPERMAT® LC-EX Dissolver is an explosion-proof laboratory dissolver designed for dispersion work in laboratory areas with potential explosion hazards, especially hazardous Zone 2 environments. This instrument supports mixing, dispersing, stirring, homogenizing, and fine grinding with simple, stable, and safe control for solvent-based formulations or materials requiring higher operational protection. DISPERMAT® LC-EX dissolver is used to mix and disperse liquid and semi-solid materials on a laboratory scale. This product offers a power range of 0.25–0.75 kW and a product volume range of 0.05–10 litres, making it suitable for formulation trials, product development, and small-batch dispersion processes. With an integrated control panel, ON/OFF switch, potentiometer for speed adjustment, and switch for electric height adjustment, this instrument is designed for easy operation while supporting safety requirements in hazardous areas.
In industrial applications, DISPERMAT® LC-EX is widely used for coatings, paints, printing inks, pigment pastes, adhesives, sealants, chemicals, and solvent-based materials.
