VMA-Getzmann DISPERMAT® AE-EX Dissolver

VMA-Getzmann DISPERMAT® AE-EX Dissolver is an explosion-proof laboratory and pilot plant disperser designed for dispersion processes in working areas with potential explosion hazards. This instrument is used for mixing, dispersing, stirring, homogenizing, and fine grinding of solvent-based formulations and other industrial materials that require higher safety standards. With explosion-proof design for the motor, control system, electric height adjustment, and safety device, DISPERMAT® AE-EX combines process performance, application flexibility, and operational protection for hazardous environments.

DISPERMAT® AE-EX dissolver is suitable for laboratories and pilot plants handling coatings, paints, printing inks, pigment pastes, adhesives, sealants, chemicals, and solvent-based materials. This product is available with C-EX and M-EX control options for different process control requirements and supports a wider power and volume range than entry-level explosion-proof dissolvers. With a product volume range of 0.25–200 litres, this instrument can be used for formulation trials, product development, and early-stage scale-up processes.

In industrial applications, DISPERMAT® AE-EX can be combined with modular quick-change systems and used as a bead mill, basket mill, vacuum dispersion system, rotor-stator homogenizer, or scraper system for high-viscosity materials.
