VMA-Getzmann DISPERMAT® SL-M EX Bead Mill is an explosion-proof horizontal bead mill designed for fine grinding and particle dispersion from laboratory to pilot plant scale. This product is used for solvent-based formulations and industrial materials that require milling processes in areas with potential explosion hazards. With explosion-proof design, horizontal bead mill configuration, and M-EX [Basic] control, DISPERMAT® SL-M EX helps achieve finer particle size, consistent dispersion distribution, and more stable grinding performance for formulation development and process optimization.

DISPERMAT® SL-M EX bead mill is used to grind and disperse liquid or semi-solid materials such as coatings, paints, printing inks, pigment pastes, adhesives, sealants, chemicals, and slurry-based materials. This instrument offers a power range of 1.1–4 kW, product volume range of 0.05–50 litres, and speed up to 0–6000 rpm, making it flexible for small batches, laboratory testing, and pilot plant processes.
