VMA-Getzmann DISPERMAT® SL-B Bead Mill
The VMA-Getzmann DISPERMAT® SL-B bead mill is a compact horizontal laboratory bead mill designed for fine grinding and dispersion in small batches. This machine is suitable for research and development, quality control, product formulation, and material testing that require fine, stable, and repeatable grinding results in laboratory-scale volumes.
The DISPERMAT® SL-B uses horizontal bead mill technology with an integrated millbase circulation system, allowing the millbase to circulate without an external pump that needs separate cleaning. This system helps accelerate product development, reduce dead volume, improve product yield, and support both single pass and re-circulation milling with practical handling.
The DISPERMAT® SL-B bead mill features 1.1 kW power, 0 - 6000 rpm speed, 0.125 litre milling chamber volume, and 0.15 - 0.75 litres product volume. It supports milling beads of 0.8 mm or larger and is suitable for fine grinding pigments, coatings, inks, chemicals, cosmetics, and other materials requiring fine particle results in small batch production.
