Conductivity Meter is a BYK-Gardner testing instrument used to measure electrical conductivity or electrical resistance of solvents, solvent-borne paints, and coating formulations. This instrument helps users evaluate whether a material has the appropriate conductivity level for application processes, especially in electrostatic spray systems that require consistent control of electrical properties.

In electrostatic spray application, material conductivity strongly affects transfer efficiency, atomization quality, coverage, and coating application stability. Materials with unsuitable conductivity can lead to uneven application results, reduced transfer efficiency, or inconsistent coating performance. With a Conductivity Meter, users can check and control material electrical properties before the application process.

BYK-Gardner Conductivity Meter uses a measuring cell with stainless steel electrodes that are easy to clean and a solvent-resistant housing to support laboratory and production use.
