VMA-Getzmann DISPERMAT® SL-C Bead Mill

The VMA-Getzmann DISPERMAT® SL-C bead mill is a laboratory and pilot plant bead mill designed for fine grinding, dispersion, and wet milling with stable, precise, and repeatable results. This machine is suitable for formulation development, quality control, research and development, and small-scale production that requires accurate grinding process control.

With C-Technology process control, the DISPERMAT® SL-C bead mill supports a more measurable and reproducible dispersion process. The DISPERWHEEL® speed adjustment system provides practical speed control, while the optional ceramic milling system made of ZrO2 or SiSiC helps reduce contamination risk for sensitive products. For process documentation requirements, the system can also be combined with WINDISP© 7 software.

The DISPERMAT® SL-C bead mill is available in several models, from SL5-C to SL50-C, with 1.1 - 3 kW power, 0 - 6000 rpm speed, 0.05 - 0.5 litre milling chamber volume, and 0.05 - 10 litres product volume. This product is suitable for fine grinding pigments, coatings, inks, chemicals, cosmetics, ceramics, and other materials requiring fine and consistent particle results.
