VMA-Getzmann ASC Scraper System
The VMA-Getzmann ASC scraper system is a modular scraper system for laboratory and pilot plant applications, designed to support the dispersion of high-viscosity products or non-flowing materials. This system helps maintain active and uniform material flow inside the container, allowing mixing and dispersing processes to run more effectively.
When processing high-viscosity products, material can stick to the container wall and may not move efficiently into the dissolver working area. The ASC scraper system helps scrape and guide material from the container wall back into the process zone, ensuring that the entire product is dispersed more consistently. This system can be added quickly and easily to any DISPERMAT® dissolver with an H2 electric stand.
The ASC scraper system is suitable for product volumes of 0.35 - 3.5 litres, especially in laboratory and pilot plant applications that require more stable dispersion of thick, paste-like, or non-flowing materials. With its modular design, the system provides a practical way to improve process efficiency without replacing the main dissolver unit.
