Vacuum Dissolvers

PT Jaya Warindo Abadi (JWA) is the authorized distributor in Indonesia for VMA-Getzmann DISPERMAT® production vacuum dissolvers. These systems are designed for de-aeration — removing air bubbles and dissolved gases — and for processing products containing volatile solvents. Manufactured in Germany since 1972, all systems comply with EC Machinery Directive 2006/42/EG.

Vacuum technology enables processing of pasty or liquid products without air entrapment, resulting in bubble-free end products, improved appearance, reduced waste, and enhanced quality. Key features include a vacuum-tight cover with sight glass, integrated lamp, charging port, vacuum sensors, pumps up to 250 m?3;/h, and optional heating or cooling.

ATEX vacuum dissolvers (SCV-EX Series)
DISPERMAT® SCV4-EX, SCV5-EX, SCV6-EX — ATEX Zone 0/1/2 certified (II 2G Ex h IIB T3 Gb) for hazardous environments with flammable solvents. Same power ranges and volumes as SCV series.

ATEX vacuum dissolvers with scraper (SCVA-EX Series)
DISPERMAT® SCVA4-EX, SCVA5-EX, SCVA6-EX — ATEX certified with integrated scraper system, combining explosion protection with high-viscosity vacuum processing.

Height adjustment is possible even under vacuum. All units support modular quick-change systems (SRH4/SRB5 rotor-stator homogenizers) and control options: SC, C3, or PLC with WINDISP© 7 software compatibility.
