Basket Mill

PT Jaya Warindo Abadi (JWA) is the authorized distributor in Indonesia for VMA-Getzmann TORUSMILL® production basket mills. Basket mills are modular immersion mills that combine pre-dispersion and fine grinding in a single container — offering a 2-in-1 solution for paints, coatings, inks, and chemical industries. When high-speed dissolvers cannot achieve the desired fineness, a basket mill efficiently grinds solid particles using grinding beads.

TORUSMILL® TML500/1000 (modular basket mill for DISPERMAT® SC5/SC5-EX, 100-1,000 L, quick-change system)

Key features of TORUSMILL® basket mills: double-walled milling basket for cooling/heating, patented pump wheel for excellent product circulation, dissolver disc below basket for minimal dead volumes, easy scale-up from laboratory TML to production SK series. Optional ceramic lining (ZrO? or SiSiC) prevents metal contamination. All units support control options: SK (basic), C3 (advanced with data recording), or PLC.
