PT Jaya Warindo Abadi (JWA) is the authorized distributor in Indonesia for VMA-Getzmann DISPERMAT® production dissolvers. These high-performance dispersing machines are manufactured in Germany since 1972 and designed for industrial-scale production of paints, coatings, inks, adhesives, chemicals, and related industries. All systems comply with EC Machinery Directive 2006/42/EG and feature electric or hydraulic height adjustment, integrated safety devices, and multiple control technology options (CN, C, SC, or PLC).

DISPERMAT® SC4-EX, SC5-EX, SC6-EX — ATEX Zone 0/1/2 certified (II 2G Ex h IIB T3 Gb) for hazardous environments with flammable solvents. Same power ranges and volumes as SC series.

ATEX Dissolvers with scraper (SCA-EX Series)
DISPERMAT® SCA4-EX, SCA5-EX, SCA6-EX — ATEX certified with integrated scraper system, combining explosion protection with high-viscosity processing.

All DISPERMAT® production dissolvers support modular quick-change systems including TORUSMILL® basket mills, VH4 vacuum dispersion systems, and SRH4/SRB5 rotor-stator homogenizers. Control options: SC (basic), C3 (advanced with data recording), or PLC (full automation).
