DISPERMAT® SCVA-EX Series ATEX Production Vacuum Dissolvers with Scraper
VMA-Getzmann DISPERMAT® SCVA-EX series are explosion-proof production vacuum dissolvers equipped with integrated scraper systems, certified for hazardous environments. These systems combine vacuum de-aeration, ATEX explosion protection, and heavy-duty scraper technology — specifically designed for processing high-viscosity, non-flowing hazardous materials such as solvent-based pastes, flammable sealants, and volatile adhesives under vacuum. All systems comply with ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU — protection class II 2G Ex h IIB T3 Gb for Zone 0/1/2 — and EC Machinery Directive 2006/42/EG. Vacuum pumps up to 250 m?3;/h with optional heating or cooling capabilities are available.
Key advantages of the DISPERMAT® SCVA-EX series include: integrated ATEX explosion-proof safety devices, separate control cabinet located outside the hazardous area, central container clamping system for secure operation, working height monitoring of the dispersion tool, vacuum-tight cover with sight glass for process observation under vacuum, integrated LED lamp for illumination, product feed system as standard, PT100 temperature sensor option, and height adjustment of dispersion tool possible even under vacuum. The integrated spring-pressure scraper arm continuously wipes the container wall — eliminating dead zones and ensuring complete mixing and heat transfer even with highly viscous, non-flowing hazardous substances under vacuum. Scraper arms are exchangeable for different container sizes.

The DISPERMAT® SCVA4-EX is an explosion-proof production vacuum dissolver with scraper system for product quantities from 30 to 600 liters, available for container sizes up to 750 liters. Power options: 15 kW or 22 kW, speed range 100-2,200 rpm. Features H4 compact stand with electric height adjustment, integrated vacuum cover with sight glass and LED lamp, spring-pressure scraper arm exchangeable for different container sizes, vacuum-tight design for bubble-free dispersion of high-viscosity products, and ATEX protection class II 2G Ex h IIB T3 Gb for Zone 0/1/2.
