Bead Mill

PT Jaya Warindo Abadi (JWA) is the authorized distributor in Indonesia for VMA-Getzmann DISPERMAT® production bead mills. A bead mill is required when the desired dispersion result cannot be achieved on a high-speed dissolver — it mechanically breaks down solid particles to a smaller size and improves the dispersion result. These horizontal agitator ball mills are designed for high-performance fine grinding and nano-milling in industrial-scale production of paints, coatings, inks, pigments, and related industries.

Key features of DISPERMAT® RS series bead mills: ideal for single-pass and recirculation mode, simple and robust design, drive shaft with double bearing, large screen for high throughput, double-walled grinding chamber with spiral-guided cooling water, integrated pressurized sealing system, and closed machine housing. Optional ceramic lining (ZrO? or SiSiC) or plastic lining prevents metal contamination that could affect product color or transparency. The mill can be disassembled in just a few steps for rapid product change.

All DISPERMAT® production bead mills support C-technology process control (large color display, data recording, 100 preset configurations, WINDISP© 7 software) or PLC control for full automation.
