DISPERMAT® SCVA Series Production Vacuum Dissolvers with Scraper
VMA-Getzmann DISPERMAT® SCVA series are production vacuum dissolvers equipped with integrated scraper systems, designed for bubble-free dispersion of high-viscosity and non-flowing substances under vacuum. These systems combine vacuum de-aeration with heavy-duty scraper technology, specifically for processing viscous pastes, sealants, adhesives, and other challenging formulations that require both air removal and continuous wall wiping. Manufactured in Germany since 1972, all systems comply with EC Machinery Directive 2006/42/EG and feature electric or hydraulic height adjustment, integrated safety devices, and multiple control technology options (C, SC, or PLC). Vacuum pumps up to 250 m?3;/h with optional heating or cooling capabilities are available.
Key advantages of the DISPERMAT® SCVA series include: vacuum-tight cover with sight glass for process observation under vacuum, integrated LED lamp for illumination, product feed system as standard, PT100 temperature sensor option, and height adjustment of dispersion tool possible even under vacuum. The integrated spring-pressure scraper arm continuously wipes the container wall — eliminating dead zones and ensuring complete mixing and heat transfer even with highly viscous, non-flowing substances under vacuum. Scraper arms are exchangeable for different container sizes. ATEX explosion-proof version (SCVA-EX) available for hazardous environments.
DISPERMAT® SCVA4 Production Vacuum Dissolver with Scraper
The DISPERMAT® SCVA4 is a production vacuum dissolver with scraper system for product quantities from 30 to 600 liters, available for container sizes up to 750 liters. Power options: 15 kW or 22 kW, speed range 100-2,200 rpm. Features H4 compact stand with electric height adjustment, integrated vacuum cover with sight glass and LED lamp, spring-pressure scraper arm exchangeable for different container sizes, and vacuum-tight design for bubble-free dispersion of high-viscosity products. Compatible with SRH4 rotor-stator homogenizer via modular quick-change system. Optional ATEX explosion-proof version (SCVA4-EX) available.

The DISPERMAT® SCVA5 is a production vacuum dissolver with scraper system for product quantities from 80 to 1,000 liters, available for container sizes up to 1,250 liters. Power options: 30 kW, 37 kW, or 45 kW, speed range 100-1,270 rpm. Features BK5 stand with integrated electric height adjustment, robust design, heavy-duty scraper system for high-viscosity products under vacuum, integrated vacuum cover with sight glass and LED lamp, and vacuum-tight design for bubble-free dispersion. Compatible with SRB5 rotor-stator homogenizer. Optional ATEX explosion-proof version (SCVA5-EX) available.
DISPERMAT® SCVA6 Production Vacuum Dissolver with Scraper
The DISPERMAT® SCVA6 is a production vacuum dissolver with scraper system for product quantities from 400 to 2,000 liters, available for container sizes up to 2,500 liters. Power options: 45 kW or 55 kW, speed range 100-985 rpm. Features T6 hydraulic stand for robust hydraulic height adjustment, heavy-duty scraper system with exchangeable spring-pressure scraper arms, integrated vacuum cover with sight glass and LED lamp, and vacuum-tight design for bubble-free dispersion of highest viscosity products. Ideal for large-scale vacuum dispersion applications requiring both de-aeration and continuous wall wiping. Optional ATEX explosion-proof version (SCVA6-EX) available.
