DISPERMAT® SC-EX Series ATEX Production Dissolvers
VMA-Getzmann DISPERMAT® SC-EX series are explosion-proof production dissolvers certified for hazardous environments. Designed specifically for industrial dispersion of flammable solvents, volatile chemicals, and explosive atmospheres, these dissolvers comply with ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU — protection class II 2G Ex h IIB T3 Gb for Zone 0/1/2. All systems also comply with EC Machinery Directive 2006/42/EG and feature electric or hydraulic height adjustment, integrated safety devices, and multiple control technology options (C, SC, or PLC).
Key advantages of the DISPERMAT® SC-EX series include: integrated explosion-proof safety devices, separate control cabinet located outside the hazardous area, central container clamping system for secure operation, and working height monitoring of the dispersion tool. Optional scraper system (SCA-EX) for high-viscosity products, vacuum design (SCV-EX), and combined vacuum+scraper (SCVA-EX) are available. Compatible with modular quick-change systems including TORUSMILL® basket mills, VH4 vacuum systems, and SRH4/SRB5 rotor-stator homogenizers.
DISPERMAT® SC4-EX ATEX Production Dissolver
The DISPERMAT® SC4-EX is an explosion-proof production dissolver for product quantities from 30 to 600 liters, available for container sizes up to 750 liters. Power options: 15 kW or 22 kW, speed range 100-2,200 rpm. Features H4 compact stand with electric height adjustment, integrated cover with product feed system, and ATEX protection class II 2G Ex h IIB T3 Gb. Compatible with TORUSMILL® TML100/250 basket mill and SRH4 rotor-stator homogenizer via modular quick-change systems. Optional scraper system (SCA4-EX) and vacuum design (SCV4-EX) available.
DISPERMAT® SC5-EX ATEX Production Dissolver
The DISPERMAT® SC5-EX is an explosion-proof production dissolver for product quantities from 80 to 1,000 liters, available for container sizes up to 1,250 liters. Power options: 30 kW, 37 kW, or 45 kW, speed range 100-1,270 rpm. Features BK5 stand with integrated electric height adjustment, robust design, and ATEX protection class II 2G Ex h IIB T3 Gb. Optional scraper system (SCA5-EX), vacuum design (SCV5-EX), and combined vacuum+scraper (SCVA5-EX) available. Compatible with SRB5 rotor-stator homogenizer.
DISPERMAT® SC6-EX ATEX Production Dissolver
The DISPERMAT® SC6-EX is an explosion-proof production dissolver for product quantities from 400 to 2,000 liters, available for container sizes up to 2,500 liters. Power options: 45 kW or 55 kW, speed range 100-985 rpm. Features T6 hydraulic stand for robust hydraulic height adjustment, and ATEX protection class II 2G Ex h IIB T3 Gb. Optional scraper system (SCA6-EX), vacuum design (SCV6-EX), and combined vacuum+scraper (SCVA6-EX) available. Ideal for hazardous environment applications requiring highest power and volume.
