DISPERMAT® SCA-EX Series ATEX Production Dissolvers with Scraper
VMA-Getzmann DISPERMAT® SCA-EX series are explosion-proof production dissolvers equipped with integrated scraper systems, certified for hazardous environments. These dissolvers combine ATEX explosion protection with heavy-duty scraper technology, specifically designed for processing high-viscosity and non-flowing hazardous materials such as solvent-based pastes, flammable sealants, and volatile adhesives. All systems comply with ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU — protection class II 2G Ex h IIB T3 Gb for Zone 0/1/2 — and EC Machinery Directive 2006/42/EG.
Key advantages of the DISPERMAT® SCA-EX series include: integrated ATEX explosion-proof safety devices, separate control cabinet located outside the hazardous area, central container clamping system for secure operation, and working height monitoring of the dispersion tool. The integrated spring-pressure scraper arm continuously wipes the container wall — eliminating dead zones and ensuring complete mixing and heat transfer even with highly viscous, non-flowing hazardous substances. Scraper arms are exchangeable for different container sizes. Optional vacuum design (SCVA-EX) and modular quick-change systems are available.
DISPERMAT® SCA4-EX ATEX Production Dissolver with Scraper
The DISPERMAT® SCA4-EX is an explosion-proof production dissolver with scraper system for product quantities from 30 to 600 liters, available for container sizes up to 750 liters. Power options: 15 kW or 22 kW, speed range 100-2,200 rpm. Features H4 compact stand with electric height adjustment, integrated cover with product feed system, spring-pressure scraper arm exchangeable for different container sizes, and ATEX protection class II 2G Ex h IIB T3 Gb. Compatible with SRH4 rotor-stator homogenizer via modular quick-change system. Optional vacuum design (SCVA4-EX) available.

The DISPERMAT® SCA5-EX is an explosion-proof production dissolver with scraper system for product quantities from 80 to 1,000 liters, available for container sizes up to 1,250 liters. Power options: 30 kW, 37 kW, or 45 kW, speed range 100-1,270 rpm. Features BK5 stand with integrated electric height adjustment, robust design, heavy-duty scraper system for high-viscosity hazardous products, and ATEX protection class II 2G Ex h IIB T3 Gb. Optional vacuum design (SCVA5-EX) available. Compatible with SRB5 rotor-stator homogenizer.

The DISPERMAT® SCA6-EX is an explosion-proof production dissolver with scraper system for product quantities from 400 to 2,000 liters, available for container sizes up to 2,500 liters. Power options: 45 kW or 55 kW, speed range 100-985 rpm. Features T6 hydraulic stand for robust hydraulic height adjustment, heavy-duty scraper system with exchangeable spring-pressure scraper arms, and ATEX protection class II 2G Ex h IIB T3 Gb. Optional vacuum design (SCVA6-EX) available. Ideal for highest viscosity hazardous applications and non-flowing flammable substances.
