DISPERMAT® SCA Series Production Dissolvers with Scraper
VMA-Getzmann DISPERMAT® SCA series production dissolvers are high-performance dispersing machines equipped with integrated scraper systems, specifically designed for processing high-viscosity and non-flowing substances such as pastes, sealants, putties, and thick adhesives. Manufactured in Germany since 1972, these dissolvers ensure perfect dispersion even for the most challenging materials. All systems comply with EC Machinery Directive 2006/42/EG and feature electric or hydraulic height adjustment, integrated safety devices, and multiple control technology options (C, SC, or PLC).
Key advantages of the DISPERMAT® SCA series include the integrated spring-pressure scraper arm that continuously wipes the container wall. This feature ensures that product sticking to the wall is reliably conveyed back toward the container center for perfect dispersion — eliminating dead zones and ensuring efficient mixing and heat transfer. Scraper arms are exchangeable for different container sizes. Optional modular quick-change systems, vacuum design (SCVA), and ATEX explosion-proof versions (SCA-EX) are available.
DISPERMAT® SCA4 Production Dissolver with Scraper
The DISPERMAT® SCA4 is a production dissolver with scraper system for product quantities from 30 to 600 liters, available for container sizes up to 750 liters. Power options: 15 kW or 22 kW, speed range 100-2,200 rpm. Features H4 compact stand with electric height adjustment, integrated cover with product feed system, and spring-pressure scraper arm exchangeable for different container sizes. ATEX explosion-proof version available (SCA4-EX) as well as vacuum design (SCVA4). Compatible with SRH4 rotor-stator homogenizer via modular quick-change system.
DISPERMAT® SCA5 Production Dissolver with Scraper
The DISPERMAT® SCA5 is a production dissolver with scraper system for product quantities from 80 to 1,000 liters, available for container sizes up to 1,250 liters. Power options: 30 kW, 37 kW, or 45 kW, speed range 100-1,270 rpm. Features BK5 stand with integrated electric height adjustment, robust design, and heavy-duty scraper system for high-viscosity products. ATEX explosion-proof version available (SCA5-EX) as well as vacuum design (SCVA5). Compatible with SRB5 rotor-stator homogenizer.
DISPERMAT® SCA6 Production Dissolver with Scraper
The DISPERMAT® SCA6 is a production dissolver with scraper system for product quantities from 400 to 2,000 liters, available for container sizes up to 2,500 liters. Power options: 45 kW or 55 kW, speed range 100-985 rpm. Features T6 hydraulic stand for robust hydraulic height adjustment, and heavy-duty scraper system with exchangeable spring-pressure scraper arms. ATEX explosion-proof version available (SCA6-EX) as well as vacuum design (SCVA6). Ideal for highest viscosity applications and non-flowing substances.
