VMA-Getzmann Vacuum Basket Mills

VMA-Getzmann vacuum basket mills are production-scale grinding and dispersion machines designed for fine milling under vacuum conditions. The TORUSMILL® SKV series combines immersion basket mill technology with a powerful vacuum system, helping to prevent air inclusions during production and deliver more stable, smooth, and consistent product quality.

These machines are suitable for processing low to medium viscosity products, including materials that are sensitive to air or require a final product with minimal bubbles. With an integrated patented pump wheel, dissolver disc, and double-walled milling basket for cooling or heating systems, the TORUSMILL® SKV delivers effective material circulation, a high number of passes, a narrow particle size distribution, and milling with minimal dead volume.

The TORUSMILL® SKV4 basket mill is a vacuum production immersion mill with 15 - 22 kW power and a product capacity of 50 - 400 litres. This model is suitable for small to medium-scale production that requires fine milling under vacuum in a compact and efficient design.

The TORUSMILL® SKV5 basket mill is a vacuum basket mill for production applications, featuring 30 - 45 kW power and a product capacity of 100 - 1000 litres. This machine is suitable for higher-capacity production that requires high milling performance, consistent dispersion results, and more optimized process control.
