VMA-Getzmann ATEX vacuum basket mills are production-scale grinding and dispersion machines designed for fine milling under vacuum conditions in working areas with potentially explosive atmospheres. The TORUSMILL® SKV-EX series combines vacuum basket mill technology with explosion-proof protection, making it suitable for industries processing solvent-based materials, coatings, inks, chemicals, and other products that require higher operational safety.

With a powerful vacuum system, the TORUSMILL® SKV-EX helps prevent air inclusions during production, resulting in a more stable, smooth, and consistent final product. These machines also support milling processes for high-viscosity products, using an efficient immersion basket mill system to create optimal material circulation, more uniform particle size distribution, and effective milling in a single container.

The TORUSMILL® SKV4-EX basket mill is an ATEX vacuum production immersion mill with 15 - 22 kW power and a product capacity of 50 - 400 litres. This model is suitable for small to medium-scale production that requires fine milling under vacuum with explosion-proof standards.

The TORUSMILL® SKV5-EX basket mill is an ATEX vacuum basket mill for production applications, featuring 30 - 45 kW power and a product capacity of 100 - 1000 litres. This machine is suitable for higher-capacity production that requires high milling performance, consistent dispersion results, and ATEX protection in potentially explosive working areas.
