VMA-Getzmann Basket Mills

VMA-Getzmann basket mills are production-scale grinding and dispersion machines designed to deliver fast, efficient, and consistent fine milling results. The TORUSMILL® SK series is a production immersion mill with a compact design and effective circulation system, making it suitable for processing low to medium viscosity products.

With an integrated patented pump wheel and dissolver disc, the TORUSMILL® SK creates optimal material circulation through the grinding basket. This system helps achieve a high number of passes, a narrow particle size distribution, and milling with minimal dead volume. These basket mills also support cooling or heating through a double-walled milling basket and can be used with customers' existing containers in various volumes.

The TORUSMILL® SK4 basket mill is a production immersion mill with 15 - 22 kW power and a product capacity of 50 - 400 litres. This model is suitable for small to medium-scale production requiring fast, stable, and efficient fine milling in a compact design.

The TORUSMILL® SK5 basket mill is a production basket mill with 30 - 45 kW power and a product capacity of 100 - 1000 litres. This machine is suitable for larger production processes that require high-quality grinding results within a short processing time.

The TORUSMILL® SK6 basket mill is a production immersion mill with 45 - 55 kW power and a product capacity of 250 - 1600 litres. This model is designed for large-scale production requiring high milling performance, strong material circulation, and consistent grinding results.
