VMA-Getzmann Modular Vacuum Systems

VMA-Getzmann modular vacuum systems are production-scale modular vacuum solutions designed to make dispersion processes more flexible, efficient, and stable under vacuum conditions. As part of the VMA-Getzmann modular quick-change system, these systems allow production dissolvers to be equipped with vacuum dispersion technology for processing high-viscosity products and achieving more consistent final product quality.

By enabling dispersion under vacuum, the system helps prevent air inclusions during production, resulting in a smoother, more stable product with fewer air bubbles. After the liquid and powder components are added, the vacuum cover can be lowered onto the vacuum container, allowing the dispersion process to run with a stable, turbulence-free rolling motion. The impeller height can also be raised or lowered during the dispersion process, even under vacuum conditions.

The VH4 vacuum dispersion system is a modular vacuum system for DISPERMAT® SC4 and DISPERMAT® SC4-EX production dissolvers. It offers a container capacity of 75 - 750 litres and a product volume of 30 - 600 litres, making it suitable for production processes that require high-viscosity dispersion under vacuum with strong process flexibility.
