VMA-Getzmann Modular Rotor-Stator Systems
VMA-Getzmann modular rotor-stator systems are production-scale modular homogenizer systems designed to convert DISPERMAT® production dissolvers into high shear batch process homogenizers. These systems are suitable for homogenizing, emulsifying, mixing, grinding, and dispersing processes that require high mechanical energy input, short processing time, and stable product quality.
Based on the rotor-stator working principle, low-viscosity fluids are drawn into the narrow gap between the rotor and stator, where mechanical energy input is at its highest. This modular system is easy to clean, low-maintenance, and can be removed quickly, supporting flexible, efficient, and application-specific production processes.
The SRH4 rotor-stator homogenizer is a modular high shear mixer for DISPERMAT® production dissolvers with a product volume of 30 - 600 litres. This model is suitable for medium-scale production requiring fast homogenizing, emulsifying, and dispersing with a practical modular configuration.
The SRB5 rotor-stator homogenizer is a modular high shear mixer for DISPERMAT® production dissolvers with a product volume of 80 - 1000 litres. This model is suitable for higher-capacity production requiring strong homogenizing performance, process flexibility, and consistent mixing results.
