VMA-Getzmann Modular Basket Mills

VMA-Getzmann modular basket mills are production-scale modular grinding systems designed to make pre-dispersion and fine grinding processes more flexible, faster, and more efficient. The TORUSMILL® TML series can convert DISPERMAT® production dissolvers into powerful grinding systems, allowing users to perform both initial dispersion and fine grinding with a more practical machine configuration.

With its quick-change system concept, the TORUSMILL® TML allows fast and safe switching from the dissolver disc to the grinding basket. This immersion basket mill system supports effective material circulation through the combination of milling tool, dissolver disc, and pump wheel. The result is shorter fine grinding time, narrower particle size distribution, repeatable dispersion results, and more efficient production with minimal dead areas.

The TORUSMILL® TML100/250 basket mill is a modular basket mill for DISPERMAT® SC4 and DISPERMAT® SC4-EX production dissolvers, with a product capacity of 50 - 400 litres. This model is suitable for small to medium-scale production requiring a modular basket mill system with fast batch change and system change capabilities.

The TORUSMILL® TML500/1000 basket mill is a modular basket mill for DISPERMAT® SC5 and DISPERMAT® SC5-EX production dissolvers, with a product capacity of 100 - 1000 litres. This model is suitable for higher-capacity production requiring efficient fine grinding, easy handling, and high flexibility in the production process.
