VMA-Getzmann horizontal bead mills are production-scale horizontal grinding machines designed to deliver fast, stable, and efficient fine grinding, dispersion, and milling results. The DISPERMAT® RS series is developed for industrial applications that require high-quality grinding performance, finer particle size, and flexibility in processing a wide range of products and viscosities.

With a compact and functional design, these horizontal bead mills support both passage and circulation processes. The machine can be disassembled in just a few steps for faster product changeover, while the optional rotor cooling system helps process temperature-sensitive materials. To reduce the risk of contamination caused by metal wear, the DISPERMAT® RS can also be equipped with ceramic or plastic lining.

The DISPERMAT® RS5 bead mill is a horizontal agitator ball mill for production applications, featuring 5.5 kW power and a processing capacity of 25 - 250 litres/hour. This model is suitable for small to medium-scale production that requires fine, consistent, and efficient milling results.

The DISPERMAT® RS10 bead mill is a horizontal agitator ball mill for production applications, featuring 15 kW power and a processing capacity of 50 - 450 litres/hour. This model is suitable for higher production requirements where stable milling performance, larger capacity, and optimal dispersion results are needed.
