Lawter, a global leader in resin technology, offers an extensive portfolio of specialized liquid ink resins designed for demanding printing applications. From rosin-based emulsifiers for emulsion polymerization to advanced polyester resins and varnishes for metal decorating, Lawter provides the building blocks for high-performance liquid inks.

PT Jaya Warindo Abadi is proud to distribute Lawter's advanced liquid ink resin technologies across Indonesia, enabling formulators to create premium-quality liquid inks with excellent stability, printability, adhesion, and cure response.

Lawter liquid ink resins offer formulators a unique combination of properties essential for high-quality printing applications:

  • High-Quality Rosin Soaps for Emulsion Polymerization: BUREZ™ series products are high-grade disproportionated rosin soaps that serve as excellent emulsifiers with low unsaponifiables and outstanding stability.
  • Advanced Polyester Resins for Metal Decorating: DECOTHERM™ polyester resins provide exceptional adhesion to metals, high gloss, excellent transfer on high-speed presses, and good overcoating compatibility with water-based coatings.
  • Fast-Curing Metal Decorating Varnishes: Specialized varnishes designed for drawn aluminum cans and conventional steel/tin plate lithographic inks offer fast cure rates, allowing reduced oven temperatures or increased line speeds.
  • Specialized Curing Systems: Complete systems including hydroxyl-functional polyesters, melamine cross-linkers, and blocked acid catalysts for optimized curing at elevated temperatures.
  • Excellent Rheological Control: Structured polyester resins provide non-Newtonian rheology, resulting in highly structured inks with significant reduction in misting at lower tack levels.
