Aluminium Pigment Powders
Aluminium pigment powders are free of binders and consist almost completely of aluminium.
Reflexal pigments are not subject to an additional surface modification.
The surface of the Chromal pigments is polished.
The aluminium pigment Resist is encapsulated with glass, which leads to excellent stability regarding weather resistance, high temperature and aggressive chemical agents.
Aluminium Pigment Pastes
STAPA® pigment pastes enable a dust-free processing and are easier to disperse compared with STANDART® pigment powders.
The selection of the pasting agent depends on the compatibility of the plastic to be processed, e.g. medical white oil (WM) or epoxidised soybean oil (DL). The pigment content in all STAPA® pigment pastes is always 80%.
